FAQ



Order Confirmation 

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and
pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that
your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item
is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and
reach out to you via e-mail or telephone to see if alternate arrangements can be
made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business
days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your
order for shipment.

As soon as your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you, you'll receive an email to notify you, this will also include tracking details and a link to follow your package.

 

 

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will usually ship within 5 business days from the date of your order.  

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order
leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when
checking out. 

If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business
days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@sportssavvy.com.au. If you do not receive tracking information from us feel free to follow up with us at info@sportssavvy.com.au

 

 

Shipping Times 

Please note we work with a selection of different Australian suppliers where our products are sourced from.

The speed at which products are dispatched depends on stock availability, bulky items, weather conditions, freight availability. If you would like an estimate of how long shipping will take before you order please contact us on 1300 814 699 or at info@sportssavvy.com.au.

 

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@sportssavvy.com.au and we will process a replacement or refund.
